Project Overview
Mindset Coach Academy is an Australian professional coaching education platform focused on mindset methodologies, diagnostic tools, and community-driven learning for coaches at different stages of their careers.
The platform includes a web-based assessment and reporting system built around the Mindset Dimensions concept — a structured diagnostic framework that helps coaches analyse client mindset patterns and guide effective interventions.
The client partnered with Jhavtech Studios to rescue, stabilise, and continuously enhance their assessment system while keeping the platform live and operational.
Client Requirements
This engagement was classified as a Rescue + Ongoing Maintenance Project.
The main landing page was developed by the client’s team. Our responsibility focused on the Mindset Dimensions assessment workflow, onboarding flows, and reporting engine. The client needed a system to achieve the following.
A Super Admin manages users, permissions, configuration, and reporting
A Client can complete assigned assessments
Data visibility is strictly role-based
A Coach can onboard clients and request assessments
A Client can complete assigned assessments
The platform remains stable while enhancements are introduced
